This is the first of a series of articles I’m posting to provide the most current updates for my Patreon supporters. I’ll be making this very same article into a video as well in the next few days, and I’ll likely be updating this post as necessary when I finish and post the video. With the help of my Patreon supporters, I’ve put together so much now it’s becoming nearly impossible to ignore by MSM.
Here is the link to YouTube video I created on this article.

My name is Patrick Bergy. I pioneered for Gen. Jones’ son, the same social media psychological warfare capabilities we indicted the Russians for [fake persona’s, fake news, behavior profiles…,] for commercial sale and discussed with Jim Jones, the General’s son, its potential for use in altering U.S. elections. This conversation happened just before the 2008 U.S. Presidential elections, and Dynology, the company I was working for owned by the Jones’, were providing the IT services for John McCain’s campaign. That’s right, the man that would become President Obama’s National Security Advisor following Obama’s defeat of McCain, was the same man responsible for McCain’s emails, internet and, I believe, social media. I would add at that same time, Paul Manafort’s corporate website, 3EDC, listed Dynology as its number-one partner. I personally confirmed in a conversation with Roger Stone, that he too knew and worked for the Jones’ at the same time.
Patrick Bergy
Here’s the elevator version for those just tuning in: From 2007 to 2015, I worked for a small, family owned company; Dynology. It was founded by Gen. James Jones and was mostly administrated by his immediate family members when I started working for Dynology in October 2007. Gen. Jones was the former Marine Corps Commander, NATO SACEUR Commander, President Obama’s National Security Advisor and two-time Chairman of the Atlantic Council. For much of my time at Dynology, I answered directly to his son, Jim Jones. During that time I helped in pioneering the same social media psychological warfare capabilities we indicted the 13 Russians for, made it commercially available to the public, and discussed with Jim Jones its potential for use in influencing a U.S. election. None of that is a joke, and I’ve provided numerous sworn memorandum and forensically indisputable evidence, but it has become far worse than that, if you can even imagine, and that’s much worse for America.
Sometimes it seems like my message is the proverbial “tree falling in a swamp.” All efforts thru my chain of command were met with what I see now was clearly the same swamp President Trump is dealing with today. Worse yet, many of the subjects in my 2015 IG complaint, such as Gen. James Jones, Obama’s former National Security Advisor, has at least a dozen direct connections to the fabricated Russian dossier and impeachment. Sadly, the cover-up of my formal 2015 IG complaint was only the tip of the iceberg [Bergy bit] so to speak, and has been far worse, I believe, than the original crime. I made a promise to a colleague when I left South Korea that I would not give up on this and hold them accountable and that’s what I’m doing. If you think former senior Obama administration officials were only interested in fleecing money from taxpayers in Ukraine, and that somehow his first National Security Advisor, Gen. James Jones and his family was somehow seemingly the only one in President Obama’s cabinet that was somehow not profiting from his position, I’m going to strongly disagree. Gen. Jones stepped down as Chairman of the Atlantic Council to take his position as incoming President Obama’s National Security Advisor.

I began working for Jones’ son, Jim, on a contract for the JMISC at MacDill at nearly the same time both Jones and Obama where raising their hands and taking their oaths of office, which they clearly, in my opinion, violated from day one.
So I ask, do any of the names I just mentioned above sound familiar as it relates to the fabricated Russian dossier. In the below video, Devin Nunes describes what he is suing the Washington Post over, and the ShadowNet, which was its commercially marketed name, did EXACTLY what Nunes describes here.
Original link here: [https://youtu.be/LbpHLFDc_CU]
Think of the ShadowNet as a social media, fake news, project management tool – that the Washington Post has known about since at least 2017 when I first worked with WaPo’s Craig Timburg and a few others. They killed my story after about a month of going back and forth. Nunes has refused numerous attempts by me to contact him, including signed and sworn memo’s or record faxed to his office by Congressman Charlie Crist, and Congressman Bilirakis’ chief of staff calling his chief of staff directly in December of 2018, and driving from Florida to DC last December and walking into his Congressional office. Congressman Nunes is either incompetent or hiding something, and he’s not a stupid man. He was the head of the Congressional Intelligence Committee in my chain of reporting, and as you’ll see later in my story, his collusion with the press, those Constitutionally protected and responsible for protecting my Constitutionally protected rights. The corruption Devin Nunes has described in DC for some time now is very real, and I’m a witness Congressman Nunes has chosen to cover-up, for reason’s that will become clear shortly.
What you will discover when you hear what I’ve done and witnessed, is that the very people seemingly “investigating” things like the fabricated Russian dossier and impeachment, are all connected to the same people that have been covering up my whistle-blower complaint since 2015. I’ll go into more detain on this later in the video, but the evidence is indisputable.
In December 2019, I drove to Washington DC, walked into the offices of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Congressman Devin Nunes and Congressman Matt Gaetz. I presented each with a copy of the sworn memorandum of record I had sent to them beginning in December 2018, when the Chief of Staff for Congressman Gus Bilirakis, picked up the phone in her office – directly in front of me after I presented her with the documentation of what I had discovered was being done with a weapon I helped to pioneer for President Obama’s National Security Advisor, Gen. Jones, that we later sold commercially under the trademark of “ShadowNet” and “iPsy,” which I discussed with Gen. Jones’ son, Jim Jones, marketing to influence U.S. elections. I’ll go into this in more detail later.

The Senate Judiciary Committee were the only ones that actually spoke with me. They had two investigators interview me in a private room for about 45 minutes, but I never heard from either of them again. As for Matt Gaetz and Devin Nunes, crickets. So, I did the next best thing about 30 days later.
On January 20th, I jumped on an Amtrak from Tampa, FL. to Washington, DC., where I filed what is known as a qui tam whistle-blower lawsuit, otherwise known as the “Lincoln Law.” I’ve put a copy of a response from the DC Court below.

A qui tam lawsuit is where a U.S. citizen can file a lawsuit on behalf of the U.S. Government. The lawsuit is sealed and given to both the presiding DC Circuit judge and the head of the Department of Justice, as I understand? I’m not an attorney, but if you know of one that would be interested in discovery of Obama’s National Security Advisor, FOX News and a few others, please feel free to let me know. I’ve received an opinion from the DC Court, which I found to be surprisingly quick, but not entirely unexpected. My claim was dismissed, but WITHOUT PREJUDICE, which would allow me to proceed with discovery if I had an attorney. They won’t allow me to continue pro se.
My original 2015 IG complaint outlined the constructive termination of my position as Information Assurance Security Officer [IASO] on a contract with Dynology in South Korea that I had been working on since 2010. Issues of fraud, waste and abuse began over a year before.

It all came to a head in May 2015, following an official, protected disclosure of abuse for my refusal to provide unauthorized, administrative access to a classified, Department of Defense network. Another colleague that witnessed it also submitted a complaint at the same time but withdrew it for reasons only he can answer. I refused to withdraw it, and they modified the contract I had been supporting as IASO for the last 5-years, removing only the requirement for my position. They then modified the contract back to its original requirements and replaced me.

We can assume the person that replaced me gave in and simply gave access. Why wouldn’t he after watching what happened to me? These things matter when it comes to securing our National Security.
As the 2016 U.S. presidential race started warming up in late 2015, I started to see signs that IIA was being used to influence the presidential elections. I started to see more signs, I should say, because the first time I detected IIA being used covertly in the U.S. was during the Michael Brown riots. As IIA is built to provide absolute anonymity, there’s no way I could say for certain, but I recognized subtle signs. The same colleague that later pulled his official report had tried doing a trace route on it at the time, and it came back as originating out of Ukraine. That didn’t seem significant at the time, but it does today. Why, because at least a dozen different key people investigated by Robert Mueller’s Special Council, are directly tied to my work on what we later trademarked as, “ShadowNet” and “iPsy,” after we lost the contract rebid I was working on in Iraq.
Dynology kept the intellectual property rights to the social media psychological warfare weapons we pioneered in Iraq when we left, and that left the 4th POG starting their IIA program over from scratch. The IIA chief was not happy about that at the time. Coincidentally, at the same time Jim Jones was making the ShadowNet available to the public, and had personally discussed with me the potential for it to be sold to political campaigns to give our customers a competitive advantage in the election, albeit highly morally and ethically bankrupt, how many politicians to you know that wouldn’t use a service like the ShadowNet if it guaranteed their victory at 1/10th the cost of a typical election? I know of none, and therein lies my problem.

I believe the House and Senate members I’ve submitted multiple memorandums of record, sworn and signed under penalty of the False Claims Act and ignored, were ShadowNet customers? I’m open to any other fact-based argument, but thus far haven’t heard it. I’ve literally spoken with Matt Gaetz and Lindsey Graham, both of whom promised me at the time they would help, then crickets. The picture below was from when a friend had lunch with Matt, reminded Matt of his conversation with me a few months earlier, and handed my information to him again. You tell me, what am I supposed to think? Do these people know how much this has personally impacted my life and my family’s? That’s a pretty nice committee Matt got himself a seat on, I wonder if he maybe traded something for it, like the documents in his hand below?

Worse yet, their cover-up has exposed dozens of “journalists” that have either ignored or actively covered-up my attempts to have my whistleblower case investigated. Their actions helped expose numerous key figures in several different news outlets. In one incident, Judge Jeannine Pirro and Sara Carter directly conspired with at least one key member of congress, Representative Devin Nunes. I first spoke with Judge Pirro in December 2018 as she was walking into a doctor’s appointment, and she responded a few days later that she was working on it.
Then, January 13th, 2019, I spoke with “journalist” and FOX News contributor, Sara Carter. We exchanged information over the next several days/weeks, then around the first of February, I received a message from Judge Pirro that she was reaching out to Devin Nunes, whom at the time was the head of the Intelligence Agency I’m required to report to.

I then received a text from Sara that she was working with Judge Pirro, and they were going to be rolling my story out the following week. That was the last time I ever heard from either of them again; just crickets. Sara Carter had told me over the phone that she was reaching out to Dan Bongino, as I had put together many of the connections between the ShadowNet, Jones and the threat-actors behind the fabricated Russian dossier and the fabricated impeachment of President Donald J. Trump.

I have found no evidence to support President Trump would have known what Manafort, Stone, Davis, McCain and others were up to. They were being used to setup President Trump, as what I’ve discovered has suggested. Just as a basic rule you would never discuss something like that with the boss, if for no other reason than plausible deniability.
I’ve followed Dan Bongino for a long time. I think my first DM to him was in early 2017, but I’d never been able to reach him. Sarah Carter told me she was going to speak with Dan, but I can’t trust her any more than I can throw my Dyna, so I’ve never known if Dan knew about my story as a whistle-blower. So much of what Dan has discovered and reported has been directly connected to my story, but he’s always been just a little short of the truth; The Atlantic Council.

Not knowing who to trust, I felt a strong, almost calling, if you will, that I needed to meet Dan Bongino, look him in the eye, and see if he would help me, or turn me away. Some people have suggested I did this as a ‘gotcha’ moment or wanted to embarrass Dan or set him up, but nothing could have been further from the truth. I was hoping he would help, but didn’t know if he was a good guy or bad guy? And I didn’t trust Sara. I wasn’t questioning Bongino’s honor, I was counting on him having it.
So, I reached out to a Patreon supporter hoping to find a way to get a $450 VIP tickets to see Dan Bongino, whom was the keynote speaker at an event in Naples, FL. Obviously, this was a very long shot, but, to my absolute surprise and amazement, a Patreon supporter, Susan, whom had been very helpful in me getting to DC to file my qui tam, purchased a ticket – for both of us! Along with airline tickets to join me! I picked Susan up at Tampa Airport Thursday morning and we drove straight to the event. We’ll, there was a slight detour into the Everglades when I missed the Naples exit on 75 South, but that is another story in itself for another day. We got there and registered with the event. As we walked around we met some pretty interesting people that had showed up and paid a lot of money to get their picture with Dan Bongino.

But Susan and I were there for another reason. I needed to look Dan in the eye and see for myself if he had honor and integrity, or if he was just another member of the DC swamp? A few days later Dan blocked me on Twitter, so at least I have an answer to the honor question; Zero!

Susan described what she saw when I first told Dan who I was as “fear.” She felt Dan was afraid of something when he saw me, and I felt the same thing. Having followed Dan for a couple years now, I felt he would have respected someone meeting him face to face, as social media cannot be trusted, and I also felt he would respect someone with the guts to ask him directly. Little did I know he was a snowflake. Being that Dan’s actions were completely the opposite of what he preaches on his daily show, I can only assume he’s being paid off or simply in fear of losing his FOX News contract. Again, I’m open to any other fact-based suggestion, but haven’t heard any reasonable argument thus far to convince me otherwise.
I want to make this clear, I’ve been dealing with this filth since 2015, 2014 if you want to include the Michael Brown riots, I detected ShadowNet like behavior. I couldn’t give a rat’s rear-end about Dan Bongino, he’s a former Secret Service agent assigned to protect President Obama, and he’s still doing his job, protecting Obama and his former National Security Advisor. What I want are the people he’s protecting.
Dan frequently lists off his bona fides attacking other journalists, as if he is somehow above them morally and educationally. I’m unable to match Dan’s education, but I will hold up my service to country for over a decade, and standing up for what’s right, even when it may come at a price. So, here is a little about Patrick Bergy. Dan might be surprised to find we have more in common than he thinks?
After my failed political run for Pasco County Supervisor of Elections in 2004 [with no political affiliation] I enlisted in 2005 at the age of 39 in the U.S. Army Reserves, and turned 40 during basic training at Ft. Benning.

To my knowledge, I was the first 40-year-old to complete basic training in Ft. Benning history, as the U.S. Army had just raised the enlistment age to 39 a few weeks earlier. I was a network administrator for a heart clinic in Tampa, FL. prior to my enlistment in 05′ and had a wife, minivan, mortgage and two daughters at the time I enlisted.

My twin sons were born just before my first deployment to Afghanistan with my unit, JCSE [Joint Communications Support Element] at MacDill in Tampa, FL. Following basic training, I fast-tracked almost all of AIT [Advanced Individual Training] and returned home in Tampa, where I shortly thereafter joined up with my new unit; JCSE.

I provided tip-of the spear support in portable satellite communications, most notably the SC2IP [Small Command & Control over Internet Protocols.] Our small, tactical team of two IT guys and two air-conditioning repairmen could setup 20 laptops, and 20 VOIP phones in less than 20 minutes using a small, “suitcase” satellite dish, pretty much anywhere on the planet. My deployment to Afghanistan in 2007 was one of the most Blessed experiences I have ever been so privileged to have participated in.
Having spent nearly a combined two-years deployed between Iraq and Afghanistan, and nearly 3-years supporting various U.S. Department of Defense social media psychological warfare capabilities, I’m considered by many in the U.S. government a subject matter expert in the field, with a salary as high as $240,000 on just one IIA contract. I sacrificed all of that because I refused to place company before country, unlike so many I’ve met in the media, our government and law enforcement at the highest levels. I may not have multi-million dollar FOX News contracts or $450 per plate speaking engagements, but I’ve got more honor and integrity in my broken left pinky-toe, than Dan Bongino has demonstrated in his whole person.

If you thought that was the worst of it, you’d be wrong. In 2013, following the Edward Snowden leaks, Gen. Jones and Gen. Michael Hayden, [former Obama CIA director] decided the best way to prevent leaking of classified information, was to update the NISPOM requirements for companies and government agencies with cleared employees, to include “predictive” prevention.

To help with this, both Hayden and Jones took components of the ShadowNet and iPsy, and added real-time criminal, financial, medical and travel data to the social media capabilities of iPsy, and us AI [Artificial Intelligence] to build predictive behavioral models that meet these new NISPOM requirements… For a small fee, of course. I wonder if Jones or Hayden had anything to do with the new NISPOM requirements? It is my testimony the social media component was based on ShadowNet IP, which was obtained under highly questionable circumstances from an Obama Defense Department weapons contract which left our troops at risk – by Obama’s National Security Advisor – As both are being sworn into office…

Although built by Dynology as an application called, “ClearForce,” the ClearForce application was turned into its own company, ClearForce.com and was launched in December 2016, just after Donald Trump won the presidency, and just as an unprecedented number of leaks occurred. What a coincidence…?

If you thought ClearForce sounds more like a China company than a company run by Obama’s former National Security Advisor and his former CIA director, you wouldn’t be alone, for more reasons than you would think. These two foreign investment companies out of UK and China, made some interesting investments about the same time as something else significant happened.

And then there was this….

However, at the same time UK and China were investing in ClearForce, Facebook was partnering with the Atlantic Council.

And you’ll never guess who’s the Chairman of the Board at Atlantic Council… Yep, Gen. James Jones.

Oh, and I’ll bet you’ll never guess who appointed Gen. Jones to be the interim Atlantic Council Chairman… I was as shocked as the rest of you…

You see, Jon Huntsman, father of Abby Huntsman, FOX News host, tapped Jones as interim AC Chair when Jon was tapped by President Trump as the U.S. Ambassador to Russia. I’m convinced President Trump was, and continues to be, setup by these threat-actors.
But the FOX News connection, you know, the news organization that killed my IG complaint of which Gen. Jones was a key subject of, gets even worse… Rupert Murdoch sits on Atlantic Council’s International Advisory Board, and the Atlantic Council caption in the screenshot below tells it all. Well, not entirely all, as there are many players in this game.

And, of course we can’t leave out Rupert Murdoch, the founder of FOX News and member of Atlantic Council’s board. Considering the positions of authority and public trust these people hold, I find it exceptionally disturbing the response I have gotten thus far. I’m surprised a network licensed by the FCC could ever be allowed to operate like this. These FOX News hosts are literally profiting from their day job as military weapons and energy dealers, and building business at night by stirring up conflict in the middle-east on FOX News. I find it astounding, and this is what Dan Bongino betrayed me for. This was his 13 pieces of silver? To be honest, I think it all borders on treason at best, and RICO Act crimes at worst.
Since the Pirro/Carter hit job on me, I’ve discovered a whole nest of threat-actors at FOX News, directly tied to the subject of my original IG complaint. “Journalist” Gillian Turner was the Vice President of Jones Group International, [JGI] from 2012-2017, and her bio online claims she became a “journalist” in 2014.

I tried reaching out to Gillian and ask if she knew anything about this on social media, and she gave me the, “Bongino” treatment.

JGI is one of the largest middle-east energy lobbies in DC, and it’s founder/owner, Gen. Jones, has several other Defense Contracting companies that profit from conflict in the middle-east and Ukraine. I find it shocking this was allowed to happen, until I saw this. Jon Huntsman, father of FOX News host, Abby Huntsman, was the Chairman of the Board for Atlantic Council, and Jon had tapped Gen. Jones as AC’s interim chairman when Jon left to become the U.S. Ambassador to Russia for President Trump.
To me, from what I can see, Dan Bongino is absolutely compromised. At best, his financial ties to FOX and at worse, his past responsibility to protect President Obama. I’ll go deeper in upcoming videos on what IIA is, and then you’ll understand why what I just said about Dan isn’t entirely that far-fetched. Dan’s filling in tonight for Sean Hannity on FOX. I’m I wrong to wonder if Dan used my information, which I first DM’d to him back in early 2017, to get these positions actually hosting on FOX? OK, lets give Dan credit for him achieving that on his onw. Was Dan told he would lose his FOX contract if he didn’t play ball. Was Sarah Carter. Neither seem to think they owe either me or their followers this answer, but I’m not going away.
