Since 2018, the FTC has been investigating Facebook’s partnership with a company called, Cambridge Analytica, owned by Joel Zamel. Facebook has publicly acknowledged to shareholders to expect about $5 billion in fines. So why then did Facebook partner with the Atlantic Council, which was then chaired by Obama’s former National Security Adviser; Gen. James Jones?
Jones was one of two senior adviser’s on Wikistrats board, and in 2018, Facebook partnered with Jones at the Atlantic Council to, “restore election integrity worldwide.” Additionally, both Jones and Michael Hayden, Obama’s former CIA director, founded ClearForce.com, which combines social media profiles with real-time criminal, financial, credit, medical and travel data, and with artificial intelligence (AI), they create “Minority Report” like behavioral profiles for employers to use in hiring new employees, and the real-time monitoring of existing employees.
Another company owned by Gen. Jones is Dynology, which offers a commercially available product under the trademarked names, “ShadowNet” and “iPsy.” These social media psychological warfare tools provided the same clandestine, social media influence capabilities we indicted the 12 Russian’s for in 2018. Paul Manafort and Rick Gates company, 3EDC, were Dynology’s #1 preferred partner at that same time.
I don’t find it plausible that Facebook didn’t know of Jones’ involvement with Joel Zamel, Cambridge Analytica, Psy-Group, Wikistrat, ClearForce, Dynology and the ShadowNet. I question if Mark Zuckerberg’s relationship with Gen. Jones and Michael Hayden began with Cambridge Analytica, and I believe this should be investigated, as the threat this poses not just to American, but WORLDWIDE, could be devastating.
The mere appearance of impropriety threatens the very core of America’s Democratic Republic; Election Integrity! The potential for abuse of Facebook’s user privacy in a, “Minority Report” like scenario is, in my personal opinion, far worse – especially in light on $billions in UK and China investment firms into ClearForce.

SUMMARY OF FORMAL COMPLAINT:
In 2018, Facebook partnered with the Atlantic Council to, “restore election integrity worldwide,” and to “combat election-related propaganda and misinformation from proliferating on its service.” Facebook has stated it will be sharing its user data with The Atlantic Council as part of this relationship.
The Atlantic Council’s chairman of the board at that time was retired 4-star Gen. James Jones, and a partnership of this magnitude must have involved the chairman and his employees and likely additional contract support.
As a former employee of Dynology Corporation, a small, family owned Defense Contracting company ran by Gen. Jones and his immediate family, I find this relationship to be exceptionally troubling.
From 2007-2010, I worked for Dynology in pioneering the same social media psychological warfare capabilities the FBI’s office of Special Council indicted the 12 Russian’s for in 2018. We made this capability commercially available in 2008-2009 under the trademark of ‘ShadowNet’ and its relational database, ‘iPsy.’ At that same time, Paul Manafort’s company, 3EDC, published on their website, Dynology Corporation, as their #1 Preferred Partner. Additionally, Dynology and 3EDC both provided IT, website and “micro-targeted” social media services to John McCain’s 2008 Presidential campaign.
In 2013, following the Edward Snowden leaking of classified information, components of the ShadowNet and its iPsy relational social media profile database was used in the development of a new application, ClearForce, by adding real-time social-media, criminal, financial, medical, travel and other personally identifiable information (PII), then analyzing the PII using Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ClearForce application then creates, “predictive” behavioral profiles of their targets to determine if they are likely to steal or leak classified information.

The FTC is currently investigating Facebook and its relationship with Cambridge Analytica following the release of an undercover video recording where the head of Cambridge Analytica discussed seemingly illegal actions with another company, Psy-Group. This company, owned by Joel Zamel, is the sister company of Wikistrat, provides social media intelligence gathering and information operations services nearly identical to that of the ShadowNet and iPsy. In fact, a proposal by Psy-Group, which was reportedly rejected by the Trump campaign in a New York Times article, looked identical to a proposal I would have drafted for Dynology for a bid.
Even more surprising is that Gen. James Jones and Michael Hayden are on Wikistrat’s board, which to me would be like having the CEO of Coke on Pepsi’s board of directors. The potential for abuse is catastrophic and must be looked at very closely by the Federal Trade Commission in their investigation into privacy law violations with Cambridge Analytica, but with potential abuse going back to 2009 with the commercial release of the ShadowNet.
