McCain PSYOP Connection to Fabricated Russian Dossier Predicted Two Years Ago By ShadowNet Contractor

Just prior to the publishing of this article, Robert Mueller released the results of his Special Counsel Report. I have been trying since December of 2018 to get the Special Counsel to interview me, but they never returned my call. I did give them information about the ShadowNet and our relationship with Paul Manafort, Rick Davis and Rick Gates back in November, 2017; They never called me back. In a recent interview with Ann Vandersteel on Steel Truth, Ann verified both my military credentials (DD214) and a signed DoD memorandum showing my work on a classified IIA (Interactive Internet Activities) program for the 4th Psychological Operations Group in Iraq, as well as my letter of resignation from a contract I worked in Afghanistan with the Information Operations Task Force (IOTF). In the last few weeks we have learned a great deal about what really happened with the fabricated, Russian FSB created dossier used to attack President Trump. I have written about McCain’s relationship to the use of “black” psychological warfare tools created by the U.S. Military to influence U.S. Senator’s into increased funding in Afghanistan. It happened in Kabul, Afghanistan around March 2010 while I was there working on an Interactive Internet Activities program for the Information Operations Task Force, (IOTF.)

This story connecting John McCain to other military grade Influence Operations (IO) is significant in that if you’re looking for a bank robber, you start with looking for people in the area that have been convicted or suspected of that same crime. Two-Year Retrospective on Prediction of Israeli Involvement in DNC Emails

Two-years ago this month Patrick Bergy and Kevin Holly discussed the unfolding scandal behind the DNC emails and Russian collusion. Since then the Mueller indictments have included an Israeli owned corporation, Wikistrat and its sister company, Psy-Group, for suspicion of social media influence operations in the 2016 U.S. Presidential elections.

I’ve included below a couple short clips from the broadcast in March of 2017.


This was recorded with Kevin Holly and Patrick Bergy around March, 2017. Patrick Bergy discusses the use of social medial psychological warfare, and pointed at Israel as the most likely suspect.


This is part two of the discussion with Patrick Bergy and Kevin Holly on the DNC email story in March, 2017. It’s not just about using socially engineered PSYOP to influence a DNC employee into stealing emails. What is more important and even more challenging is ensuring non-attribution in the dissemination.

It was never about helping Trump, it was always about ensuring Hillary, (a third-term Obama) didn’t win. The best way to understand who was involved is to look at whom benefited the most. If you agree it was exceptionally unlikely that any Russian doing something like this would leave breadcrumbs leading back to the Kremlin by 17 intelligence agencies in about 3 day, then ask yourself whom had the most to gain.

Watching what was happening to Israel and understanding how the Interactive Internet Activities game is played, I saw Israel as being the most likely suspect. I had no evidence of this, but knew what I was looking for. That’s why 2-years later when I saw Mueller’s indictment of the Israeli owned company, Wikistrat, and that my old boss was on Wikistrat’s board, I knew I Mueller was on a scent the rest of the media didn’t understand.

Obama’s National Security Advisor, former NATO Supreme Allied Commander and my former employer, Gen. James L. Jones, on the board of Wikistrat would be like the owner of Pepsi on Coke’s board of directors. It make’s no sense because General Jones owned Dynology, which was the company I had built the ShadowNet and iPsy for. Wikistrat and Psy-Group provided nearly identical covert social media psychological warfare capabilities as Dynology.

You can get a better understanding of how the ShadowNet and Psy-Group not only share the same management, they share identical products. Contrary to common belief, the dissemination of fabricated, Russian made propaganda to the media in such a way that it is not attributable to you is not a simple thing just anyone can do. It requires that a system is in place with people at the top-level of pretty much every major news outlet, as well as key journalists usually seeking promotions or profit willing to legitimize the narrative.

Here is yet another updated chart with our newest member of the ShadowNet family, Celeste Wallander. Seriously people, I’m running out of space on my PowerPoint chart.

That is exactly what the ShadowNet was built for. It’s a project management tool for the unattributable dissemination of fabricated content to build a narrative.

Celeste Wallander worked closely with Gen. James Jones both at the Obama White House National Security Council and at the Atlantic Council while Gen. James Jones was the Chairman of that organization.
