Many Points Connect Obama’s National Security Adviser & “ShadowNet” to Mueller Indictments.

If WikiStrat was not using a later version of the ShadowNet, brought over from Dynology in the same way the ClearForce application was for ClearForce, it would be like General Jones and General Hayden being the owners of Pepsi, but also on the board of directors for Coke.

Patrick Bergy

I believe it is very likely that Psy-Group originated as iPsy, which was developed, in part, by the Joint Psychological Operations Group. Get it, “iPsy”, developed by the Joint Psychological Operations GROUP; Psy-Group. Coincidence?

Here is a timeline of the ShadowNet and how it all ties into Mueller’s indictments.

1-Oct   2007

2007   – ShadowNet IIA Project Start (Iraq): Dynology   was founded shortly before the 9/11 terror attacks. It is a small, family   owned, information technology defense contracting company that employed about   15 people. It was owned by the NATO Supreme Allied Commander, Gen. James   Jones. Dynology was awarded an IIA Defense Department contract in Iraq.   Patrick Bergy, Dynology, was tasked as in-country lead to build an IIA   database, collection and dissemination capability for the Joint Psychological Operations Task Force (JPOTF), Iraq. The ShadowNet was developed side-by-side with career intelligence, counter-intelligence and psychological warfare subject matter experts with the JPOTF.

1-Dec   2007

Dynology/Manafort IT Partners (McCain 08′ Primary): Dynology provided IT   security, email and collaboration tools during John McCain’s 2008 primary against Obama. based on what I know personally.

15-Dec   2009

Obama Appoints Gen. Jones National Security Advisor: According to Jim   Jones, his dad had reluctantly accepted the National Security Advisor   position because he was first offered (and accepted) Secretary of State.   Obama did not tell Gen. Jones prior to his public announcement of Hillary   Clinton for Secretary.  As Gen. Jones was advising president Obama – as his National Security Adviser, on our country’s national defense, Jones and his family were making millions in defense contracts.

1-Feb   2009

Dynology/JMISC/IIA/ShadowNet (*Classified): After losing the Iraq IIA contract, Dynology kept the intellectual property rights to the ShadowNet/iPsy applications. Everything we helped the JPOTF create, Gen. Jones kept and licensed it back to the department of defense through his family owned company, Dynology. The JPOTF started the program over from scratch with the new company that had under-bid the contract because they didn’t know Dynology was taking it.

1-Mar   2009

ShadowNet Commercially Available: Dynology created ShadowNet and iPsy marketing slicks to show potential clients what it is capable of. Licensing the ShadowNet to influence foreign and U.S. based elections, lobbying was discussed.

1-Jan   2010

2010 Ukrainian Election Interference (*Classified): Patrick Bergy, thru congressman Bilirakis, has requested a classified (above Top-Secret) briefing with the intelligence committee that is directly relevant to Robert Mueller’s investigation.

1-Feb   2010

IIA – Kabul (*Classified): Patrick Bergy has information potentially relevant to the Khashoggi murder in Turkey; relevant to work related to an IIA contract for the Information Operation Task Force, (IOTF.)

1-Apr   2014

2014 Michael Brown Riots (Recognized ShadowNet); Patrick Bergy verifiably documented at the time of the Brown riots, what he suspected was an operation similar to the ShadowNet’s capabilities. His impressions at the time was an operation likely based out of the Ukraine meant to sew race-based disruption nationwide. Facebook confirmed this in 2017.

1-Jul   2016

Warning   of ShadowNet Election Interference: For nearly a year prior to the 2016 U.S. presidential election, Patrick Bergy was publicly, on radio and social mediums, warnings that Russia, China and domestic threat-actors were influencing our society, and the 2016 presidential elections.

1-Dec   2016

ClearForce Launched: Using components of the ShadowNet, iPsy, national criminal databases and credit bureaus, ClearForce was designed to use artificial intelligence and create predictive behavioral profiles of people likely to leak classified information or to steal. The ClearForce application was built by Dynology, then moved to become a company named ClearForce. Gen. Jones and Gen. Michael Hayden are both on the ClearForce board.

15-Oct   2018

Mueller Indictments of WikiStrat/Psy-Group/George Nader: WikiStrat is an Israeli owned company that would easily be described as exactly what the ShadowNet would do. Psy-Group would be exactly the same as what you would consider iPsy, the database/virtualized, fake persona’s being made to look like they are coming from anywhere. Gen. Jones and Gen. Michael Hayden are both on the WikiStrat board. If WikiStrat was not using a later version of the ShadowNet brought over from Dynology in the same way the ClearForce application was for ClearForce, it would be like General Jones and General Hayden being the owners of Pepsi, but also on the board of directors for Coke.

Don’t Say I Didn’t Warn You!

As you will see in the video, the same people that Edward Snowden revealed as having spied on American’s, have made a business out of Snowden’s leaking.

The significance of this cannot be understated. The ClearForce application scans your social media, criminal, financial and even travel information. Artificial intelligence then uses predictive behavioral algorithms to determine if you are likely to steal or leak information from your employer.

This information can be used to determine if you get a job, or even if you lose your job.  What keeps them from using other factors, such as political leanings, preventing the hiring or adjudication of a government clearance because you supported Obama, or you are a Trump supporter?

In an article published on AmericaOutLoud.com (see below) I detail the cover-up of a pedophile contractor in Iraq downloading pornography of very young boys having sex with old men. My official report was covered-up by General Jones’s son, Jim Jones, whom was at the time the president of Dynology. This cover-up also very likely goes all the way to General David Petreaus, whom was in charge of the IIA project we were contracted for.

Put aside the fact I was building the ShadowNet for Obama, which was the exact same black PSYOP, social media psychological warfare capability we just indicted 13 Russian’s for. Put aside the fact the ClearForce application literally incorporated components of the ShadowNet in its relational database collection capabilities which is used in its predictive behavioral analytics. Put aside the fact Gen. Jones, while service both as NATO Supreme Allied Commander and Obama’s National Security Advisor, while making millions in Defense Department contracts.

Put all of those extremely relevant issues aside and ask yourself if this extreme invasion of your personal privacy is the best solution to solving the leaking of classified information, which is its intended purpose following the Edward Snowden leaks.

In over 8 years of working as a defense department contractor, one thing has always been missing; whistle-blower protections for contractors and sub-contractors. If I had been protected in 2008, I would have taken my official report with the pedophile in Iraq above my chain of command, and there would have been accountability, justice and national security would have been protected.

In 2015, in response to the 2013 Edward Snowden leaks, Hillary Clinton stood up on stage during her campaign and stated unequivocally that contractors were now protected by whistle-blower protections. I trusted her and then looked up online with the IG’s website, where it showed contractors were protected. We were not, it was all just more lies to protect people like Hillary whom hires contractors to run her private email server for the explicit purpose of circumventing FOIA laws.

I argue the people making millions of dollars collecting your personal information and building profiles that can determine your livelihood, cannot and should not be trusted. We also need to know if these people exerting all this control over your life, were involved in the cover-up of a pedophile in Iraq. Considering all we know that is publicly available and detailed above, don’t say I didn’t warn you when you lose your clearance or even your job at WalMart, because an algorithm programmed by the same people that covered up a pedophile to protect their contract, predictively determined you were likely to commit a crime.

Voice of America – Iran, Hired MSNBC Producers; Report Claims Anti-US Narrative – None Spoke Farsi!

I have some personal experiences from my time in the PSYOP community with the U.S. Government owned, Voice of America (VOA.) I can’t discuss anything operational, but would like to talk about an article I discovered while doing some research.

[I just migrated this article from my PFC40Book.blogspot.com site on 12/10/2018]

So much in the news today are stories about fake news, so I would like to take a moment and help you understand what #FakeNews truly is. As a subject matter expert in social media psychological warfare, this comment caught my eye. In a recent tweet by President Trump (left,) he made a very carefully crafted claim;

“…It is very possible that those sources don’t exist but are made up by fake news writers. #FakeNews is the enemy!”

This was not said by accident! You know the president has access to pretty much everything in the intelligence world at the highest levels of classification. That said, this post is about #FakeNews at the unclassified level called Voice of America. It is a taxpayer funded, self-licking ice cream cone of appropriations which seems to be lacking in oversight. What the president was referring to were state or privately funded IIA (Interactive Internet Activities) tactical social media PSYOP campaigns. Often these operations will include IO, or Information Operations, which involves more clandestine/anonymized tactical operations, often which tie into a main IIA operation.

These project can include building completely legitimate online news organizations, much like InfoWars.com, as an educated guess? Contract “journalists” will produce their deliverables to support a carefully orchestrated narrative using state of the art, tactical IIA/IO project management tools. On the left, compliments of the UK’s own GCHQ, I strongly suspect this total lunatic, Louise Mensch (@LouiseMensch), and on the right, Mike Cernovich/Jack Posobiac. I use my experience and knowledge as a subject matter expert in this to make these statements. I don’t have the resources to prove anything. I would guess worldwide there are more than a thousand fake journalists, or even real journalists, that are paid contractors.

The application I developed for the DoD while under contract for Dynology, would be a perfect example of tactical IIA/IO you would want use in such an operation. Think of it as a fake news project management application. Dynology was owned by General James Jones, former NATO Supreme Allied Commander, Obama’s National Security Advisor, and lifelong friend of John McCain. Dynology is a preferred partner with Paul Manafort’s company, whom is also friends with Brietbart’s, Steve Bannon. All of these people are deeply connected to politically motivated social media, top level elections, and the social media PSYOP application I pioneered, which anyone wanting to alter the outcome of an election through the use of social/streaming media would require. Smoking gun? No. Enough for federal investigators to look more closely at, I believe so.

VAULT 7 EXPOSED VOA/CIA CONNECTION!

I found a name online in the Vault7 document dump by WikiLeaks. I wasn’t looking for it, but rather it came up in an internet search I was doing. That said, an email address I saw led me to this article about a scathing report that came out in a 2007 NewsMax article regarding the VoA, Iran. I sent an email to the person who’s information had shown up in the online WikiLeaks CIA document dump letting them know what I had found, but did not receive a response.

What makes this article news, is my reporting on the VOA’s use of anonymized proxy servers to help spread American values throughout the world. Proxy servers allow people in countries where access to social media, like FaceBook, and many other sources of information, is blocked. Users can circumvent Geo-location filters by installing free proxy software on your computer. Unlike VOA’s TV and Radio broadcasts which are banned from viewing in Iran, you don’t need to install a large dish or antenna, which makes it easy for Iranian officials to spot. It costs pennies on the dollar compared to over the air broadcasts, and imagine what someone could do installing malware in VOA’s proxy software. Keep reading to discover what the Obama administration did to VOA’s anonymized proxy program in his first few weeks in office.

The reports surrounding the performance of both VOA TV and Radio broadcast starts out with 2 scathing reports by Senator Tom Coburn to President George W. Bush.

The report stated, and I quote,

“Undermines U.S. policy on Iran, often even supporting the propaganda of the Islamic Republic of Iran.”

You will not believe the examples the report sites, it will make you either laugh until you cry, or just simply cry? A pro American narrative is in VOA’s mission statement, and they reportedly had requested an additional $50 million in taxpayer funding from the Congress just the previous year. Yes, the good old days when money was no object in the Middle East for stuff that doesn’t work. Perhaps this seemingly impossible to believe report will make a little more sense when I tell you that VoA hired MSNBC producers, and they didn’t speak Farsi, the primary language.

For those of you that have never heard of Voice of America (VOA,) it is essentially a crappy version of Russia’s far more popular, RT (Russian TV.) A good analogy would be to compare the ratings of FOX News and MSNBC, as a good example. To keep it simple (and historically accurate) we can use VoA’s to represent MSNBC barrel bottom ratings, and RT’s ratings can be more realistically represented by FOX News. Why anyone would be surprised that by hiring MSNBC producers, you would get the same dismal results in the ratings.

So much of what you hear in the news following the 2016 Presidential election, is how Russia was meddling in our sovereign, democratic election process – again. U.S. officials on both sides of the isle express their feigned outrage, while the U.S. Government run VoA goes plugging right along, messing with the sovereignty of other nations elections. The hypocrisy is so thick, you can cut it with a knife. The real outrage should be that we’re getting our asses kicked by the Russians in social media, broadcast radio, TV PSYOP (Psychological Operations) and IO (Information Operations) like hacking.

One obvious explanation for VoA having ratings comparable to MSNBC, is that we contracted MSNBC producers to provide propaganda for America’s foreign policy narrative in Iran. One can only assume this liberal infiltration is systemic throughout VOA’s global presence. Going at least as far back as the beginning of George W. Bush’s second term, strange things began to happen with VOA’s political agenda,

The VOA’s Persian services Washington, D.C. office was managed by an Iranian/American Sheila Ganji, and it was her VOA email address published on WikiLeaks that came up in an unrelated search. According to an intra-agency report,  I go into more detail on this in another post, www.blogspot.pfc40book.com and on our weekly podcast at http://www.spreaker.com/show/the-swamp. I pushed to use the public, VoA proxy servers used at that time to help Iranians get outside information, but found out Obama had cut funding for these servers within his first month or so in office.  Looking back over the last 8 years of Obama, I can’t help but see a connection to him with Iran, which we are not party to.

Here is the link to NewsMax Story

According to the NewsMax article, a U.S. Interagency steering group submitted a report stating, “neither network has been effective at representing the views of the U.S. government, a mission defined in VOA’s charter, let alone at promoting democracy.”

In one broadcast, NewsMax reported the following;

In one April 18, 2006, program devoted to Iran’s nuclear program, for example, VOA News invited two nuclear “experts.” One of them was a Mr. Nakhai.

“VOA News did not describe his academic and/or professional affiliations. As it turns out, Mr. Nakhai was an adviser to the Iranian regime and a defender of its nuclear policy,” the report found.

Another show, broadcast on April 14, 2006, was devoted to U.S. policy toward Iran, inviting guests who were almost uniformly critical of the administration.

Here is what NewsMax quoted as the most “stunning” example;

Perhaps the most stunning comments were made by Hoover Institution scholar Abbas Milani, who recently has been called to testify in Congress as an “expert” on the pro-democracy movement in Iran by Rep. Tom Lantos, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.

In a segment devoted to Iranian human rights abuses, Milani was asked how can a country that violates human rights be a defender of international human rights?

“I think that what you are saying is 100% correct, that is why the U.S. is in a problematic position because of this,” Milani replied. “An America that has the Guantanamo Bay jail in it, an America in which minorities, blacks, have suffered from legal deprivations, without a doubt has international issues with regards to this. . . .”

The VOA host thanked Milani for his answer. “Of course, the country I was referring to as the violator of human rights which cannot be a defender of international human rights was the Islamic Republic of Iran,” he added.

My jaw just dropped to the ground when I first read that. I hope all of yours did as well.  I have much more detail on this subject in my forthcoming book, “Victim of the Swamp.”  I am trying to get a message out on a topic I have been paid heavily to corrupt, social media/fake news.  As you can image, I am not getting a lot of support from online journalists.  We need your help in retweeting this article to your friends and family.

What Happened to Pasco’s Touchscreen Voting Machines, Kurt Browning?

Saving The Vote (Again)…

By Patrick Bergy

When I ran against Kurt Browning in 2004, I was quoted numerous times asking Kurt Browning to not spend nearly $7 million on touchscreen voting machines that taxpayers didn’t want. I told Kurt he should just buy optical scanning machines for a fraction of the cost for the touchscreen voting machines, and give the $6.5 million Pasco taxpayers would save towards laptops for Pasco’s students.

As Kurt Browning is now Pasco’s Superintendent of Schools, I wondered two things, what happened to our touchscreen voting machines; were they sent to recycling centers in Tampa like the millions of dollars other counties that listened to your advice and stripped for parts? Second question is wouldn’t you love that $7 million dollars for our students now that you’re the School Superintendent? If I was allowed a 3rd question for Mr. Browning, it would be to see if he wanted to apologize to me for all the things he said to scare voters from listening to me, which literally would have saved Pasco taxpayers about $6.5 million from conservative estimates I have seen. Not holding my breath, but wow, would that be cool!

Many of the voting machines you see in this video, likely ended up being shredded into tiny pieces of recycled plastic. What happened to Pasco’s touchscreen voting machines is my next question.

In 2004, I stood out in front of Publix Supermarket with my two daughters, and collected 2,312 petitions. This was to get my name on the ballot for Pasco Counties Supervisor of Elections. I advocated against touch screen voting machines, in favor of the less expensive, optical scanning voting machines. My opponent, Kurt Browning, advocated statewide in favor of touch screen voting machines.

The first main chapter in my book documents my run for office for Pasco County Supervisor of Elections. My opponent was elected for 6 previous terms as a Democrat for the Pasco County Election Supervisor, then switched parties mid term to a Republican. He also was the most staunch advocate for touch screen voting machines in Florida. I was likely one of the most staunchly opposed to touch screen voting machines in Florida, as was apparent in the above video. All of the voting machines you saw in this video sitting on the ground, unusable due to the power being out, were banned in Florida a short time later. Many were thrown into recycling machines and shredded, while salvageable parts were removed and sold for pennies on the dollar. Many, around $33 million statewide, were still being paid off by their respective counties, according to the Miami Herald.http://miamiherald.typepad.com/nakedpolitics/2007/10/state-elections.html

The order to have them destroyed, was given by my opponent, whom was the strongest advocate for touch screen voting machines in Florida. Shortly after defeating me in the election, my opponent, Kurt Browning, was tapped by Florida’s Governor Charlie Crist to become Florida’s Secretary of State. Shortly there after, Kurt Browning issued the statewide wide ban on the very machines he advocated so hard for, to “be disposed of.” Kurt, apparently offended by the voting machine companies offer to buy each of the $7,000 voting machines back for $1 a piece, didn’t go over well.  Few people knew the whole story, until now. My campaign advocated for optical scanning voting machines, the very machines Kurt replaced his touch screen voting machines with. As you can see in the article by the Saint Petersburg Times, it was my #1 issue.http://www.sptimes.com/2004/10/11/Pasco/Independent_candidate.shtml

**The link to the above article in the St. Petersburg Times was working in 2016 when this post was made, I think it was anyway? Not sure how I found it then if it wasn’t. The St. Petersburg Times has since deleted it. Wouldn’t want a picture of me holding a sign saying how the media is unfair to independent candidates. The title of the article was, “Independent Candidate Strives to be Heard”.  A Google Way Back Machine capture of the article is available here:

http://web.archive.org/web/20080410232009/http://www.sptimes.com/2004/10/11/Pasco/Independent_candidate.shtml

My #2 issue was in removing partisan politics from the election process. As you can see by the Times article, Kurt Browning had become a little “media darling,” I was given only one debate, which many think I won, and equal time was not even a consideration. It is difficult to understand how we just let this happen. Kurt is now the Pasco County School Superintendent. I can only assume this is because a 6 term failed Election Supervisor, responsible for a catastrophic waste of taxpayer dollars and the integrity of voting itself, is the obvious logical choice to oversee my children’s education, rather than a tenured teacher or professor.

The true crime in all of this should come from the fact counties across Florida hired, using taxpayer funds, the former Florida Secretary of State, Sandra Mortham, to advise them what systems they should use. One important part I feel they failed to tell Pasco voters, was that she was a paid lobbyist for the touch screen voting machine manufacturer, ES&S, that Kurt Browning ended up choosing. Many people wonder if Kurt Browning becoming Florida’s Secretary of State a short time later, was written into some “We Owe” section of a personal contract with Sandra Mortham, in the decision to chose ES&S voting machines for Pasco?  She left Florida’s Secretary of State position in 1999, and became a lobbyist for voting machine companies. Really, is this ok with anyone?

http://www.sptimes.com/2002/10/06/news_pf/State/Lobbyist_made_money_f.shtml

**The above link was also deleted by the St. Petersburg Times showing how lobbyist’s were profiting from decisions made by people like Kurt Browning to purchase the touch screen voting machines Kurt Browning ended up shredding. I wonder why this article was removed. I understand the paper has changed hands many times. I see that in 2016 the times purchased the Tampa Tribune, which was a more conservative paper. From an IT perspective I see no reason why such valuable content for any publication would not at least archive these articles. Fortunately, Google’s Way-Back Machine has snapshots of the original articles. Here is a link to the article in Google’s Way-Back Machine:

http://web.archive.org/web/20081203192454/http://www.sptimes.com/2002/10/06/news_pf/State/Lobbyist_made_money_f.shtml

This is the full version of the original video. Most people get board with my Spielberg like use of the typewriter effects, so I cut a shorter version with just my visit to Fort Myers after the hurricane. The full version shows why I say Kurt Browning is pretty much solely responsible for $10’s of millions in taxpayer dollars being shredded.

Although I state first and foremost that I have done the things I have done for my children and their future, the corruption I witnessed caused me so much concern, that I stood out in front of Publix and collected 2,312 petitions to get my name on the ballot with no political affiliation. In the book, I go into this in much more detail. This video, and a few other highlights, touch upon only a few of the issue I raised. Read the highlights of my book in this post, watch this video, and read the links to sources like the Miami Herald and Saint Petersburg Times. For those of you with children, are you – and our leaders – being the best examples to our children we can be? We need to show our children that we don’t just stand around and do nothing, when our democracy and freedoms are at risk. I say that to those with children, because I didn’t think like that before I had my first child, and I don’t think I am alone here.

Get my book, sit back, read it and then do something about it. Just as I say our leaders need to lead by example, or be made examples of, we, as parents, will be made examples of as well. Just look at the state of our school system here in Pasco as your second example. Wasting $millions of our taxpayer dollars with touch screen voting machines thrown into shredders was your first in my example. I was quoted publicly as stating we should use the money they were spending on touch screen voting machines, to buy laptops for our kids in school. $7 million here in Pasco alone would have bought a heck of a lot of laptops. The guy that opposed this idea, Kurt Browning, is now Pasco’s Superintendent of Schools. At the time, Kurt mocked me, but history (and my video) strongly demonstrates I was right. Remember that when you read my story about the relationship between politics, our government and the military industrial complex. I am right about this too, but on a seriously much larger scale, and far greater risk.
I recorded the video below and used it during my 04′ campaign to show this as just one of many reasons we shouldn’t purchase these untested systems that didn’t leave a paper trail.

What is Obama’s ShadowNet

What is Obama’s ShadowNet?

In October 2007 I went to Iraq on a 1-year contract for $240,000. My job was to help build a capability that would allow the 4th Psychological Operations Group (4th POG) to transition from dropping flyers from planes to a targeted, covert, social media psychological warfare capabilities. It is here the ShadowNet and iPsy was born, battlefield tested, and then made commercially available to the highest public or private bidder.

I won’t discuss any specific missions or the dissemination process as it relates to my time in Iraq, or after the ShadowNet program was massively expanded immediately after president Obama took office. It was an incredibly capable information operations project management tool capable of the same covert, social media psychological warfare the FBI just indicted 13 Russian’s for. So, I suppose the question that should be asked is do we only care if a foreign adversary is using it to influence our elections and other social issues? Or, do we agree anyone using such ethically questionable methods is a bad thing that jeopardized the integrity of our election process, which is the core of our nation’s democracy?

What I can discuss is what the ShadowNet was after Dynology, which was a small, family owned defense contracting company, owned by Obama’s National Security Advisor, Gen. James Jones, did with the application and database when it was made commercially available to the public. The attached marketing slick describe the ShadowNet and iPsy. It was likely one of the only, battlefield tested capability of its kind at the time.

The quote used below in the 2008 marketing slick #1 by Sun Tzu best describes the purpose of Obama’s ShadowNet. It is the playbook for everything you have seen democrat leadership create, from the Russian dossier, to the Ukrainian election influence operation on 2010 (educated guess, not proven) and even the circus you’ve witnessed during the Kavanaugh inquisition.

If your opponent is of choleric temper, try to irritate him. If he is arrogant try to encourage his egotism. If the enemy troops are well prepared after reorganization, try to wear them down. If they are united, try to sow dissension among them”.

~ Sun Tzu’s The Art of War”.

Dynology ShadowNet Marketing Slick from 2008 when it was first made available to the public and private sector consumer.

After losing the rebid for another year in Iraq, I returned to CENTCOM and continued to expand the program, taking the things we learned along the way and improved it. The company I worked for, Dynology, kept the intellectual property rights to the ShadowNet and iPsy.

Let’s break the marketing slicks down listed below. As you are reading this, think about everything you have witnessed with respect to Russian collusion, DNC email hacking/social engineering. Heck, for that matter, do you think the women showing up to attack Jeff Flake was an accident? These kind of “flash” events are exactly what the ShadowNet and iPsy was built to manage. From coordinating the person dropping the women off, access to the elevator, and likely multiple fake, anonymized personae used to disseminate the video taken from by-standers as quickly as possible, using the most current search engine optimization capabilities.

Information Operations in the Internet Age.

“The challenge lies in your ability to operate within this new information age to engage threats discriminately, to balance security and synchronization of actions, and to integrate white, grey, and black PSYOP product categories so that every series of actions and products is aligned with established themes and objectives”.

The ShadowNet could make it look like everything was coming directly from the Kremlin if that was the mission requirement, and I don’t know of a single intelligence agency on the planet that could tell the difference.

Marketing Slick #2 – Are those examples of Middle Eastern and SOUTH AMERICAN Social Media Sites in the Examples on this Slick?

iPSY – “… [Is] a web-based solution with an intuitive user interface that allows for easy and accurate collection of data during online and social network surveillance and influence operations… Users can create online personas to interact with electronic targets (online forums, blogs, and chat services etc.), collect information for target audience analysis, and influence persons of interest through online interaction.

If you believe anything online, you don’t understand the game being played. What did president Trump say, something about journalists being on the payroll of these military contracting companies? I don’t know, but seems to me like you should listen to him on this…

So, if you are an American, I’m not aware of any laws you would be breaking using the ShadowNet to win your next election, or to lobby some new widget. That being said, does what you just read in Dynology’s marketing slick sound a lot like what we just indicted the Russian’s for? Now remember this product was developed under an Obama, taxpayer appropriated and funded department of defense contract. This contract and others have made Obama’s NSA millions, both while in uniform as the NATO Supreme Allied Commander, and as Obama’s NSA. It is worth noting that Gen. Jones, the owner of Dynology, was a lifelong friend of Sen. John McCain., and Dynology was a preferred partner with Paul Manafort’s company, 3EDC, back in 2008 when Manafort’s company was in charge of McCain’s presidential primary.

I suppose it is just a coincidence that Paul Manafort, a man indicted for social media influence operations in several countries, just happens to list Dynology on his website as his #1 preferred partner. I’m sure a former NATO Supreme Allied Commander would never do anything using the social media psychological warfare applications his company owns to do anything that could harm Russia…

Below is a copy of the memorandum I received for my work in the classified IIA program in Iraq.

New Fake News Low – WAPO & Pasco Times “Journalists” Cover-Up Federal Investigation of Pedophile with Top-Secret Clearance.

Ironic picture of Russian snowflake tattoo on Patrick Bergy’s arm since 2013. Can’t get anything past those WAPO journalists. LoL

Written by Patrick Bergy – September 30, 2018.

If you weren’t sure the fake news media had infected the once honor and integrity of your local community content, you should read this.

After working for the military and as a defense contractor for the last decade, a guy comes to the local press in New Port Richey, and other larger media outlets throughout the Tampa Bay region. This guy has well documented evidence claiming he pioneered social media psychological warfare for the Department of Defense from 2007-2010. His claims included the fact he was working for a small, family owned military contracting company that was owned by Gen. James Jones, the former NATO Supreme Allied Commander, and Obama’s National Security Advisor.

Patrick Bergy; Yes, this guy is claiming he developed, and battlefield tested, pioneering steps in defense department social media psychological warfare applications – for Obama, while Obama’s National Security Advisor was profiting millions from this and other department of defense contracts.

This guy (me) then goes on to tell all the media, both nationally and local, that the company he developed this technology for was made commercially available. The technology was easily capable of altering the outcome of any size country’s presidential or even local elections, for a fraction of the cost of traditional, ethical campaigns.

Patrick Bergy; Keep in mind, the “ShadowNet”, as it was named, provided the same information operations capabilities as those (actually better and likely more covert) the FBI just indicted the 13 Russian’s for. Fake persona’s, complete anonymity and the ability to make yourself look like you were coming from anywhere – anywhere (yes, anywhere would include the Kremlin) you want.

Google “Way-Back Machine” screen capture of Paul Manafort corporate site; 2008.

This is an un-paralleled capability I can only assume the Russian’s have only perfected. Oh, and did I mention the company I did this for, Dynology, was listed on Paul Manafort’s corporate website, 3EDC in 2008 as his #1 preferred partner? Did I mention the ShadowNet was perfectly designed to do EXACTLY what Paul Manafort is accused of doing in the 2010 Ukrainian elections?

With all of what I just told you, are you a little surprised that every media outlet in the country, from FOX News, Washington Post, all Tampa Newspapers (including the Pasco Times), WMNF public radio… The list is likely over 100 journalists that were completely aware of my claims, but almost nobody would report a thing. The one local media outlet I’ve somehow failed to tell my story is our local CBS affiliate, 10 News @10newswtsp. I’m sending them my information but doubt I will have any better luck breaking through the fake news firewall on social media.

One person that did listen to me was Capt. Matt, a local AM radio broadcaster in Tampa Bay. In my interview with Capt. Matt, 3 months before the 2016 presidential elections, I was warning everyone about what Russia, China, and threat actors within the U.S. at the highest levels of our government were actively using clandestine, social media psychological warfare to influence the outcome of the 2016 presidential elections. I believe I also mentioned it was used to influence the Michael Brown riots in the interview, but if I hadn’t then, I had since I detected it and wrote about it in 2014 during the riots. I believe the goal of the clandestine Michael Brown PSYOP information operation was to launch the Black Lives Matters movement. Everything I claimed in 2014 was verified and fully supported in congressional testimony in 2017 by Facebook, so before you try to label this guy as a conspiracy nut, please explain the documented evidence of his claims, and the fact EVERYTHING he was trying to warn America about, has been all anyone in the media has written about for the last two years. My interview begins at 3 hours, 22 minutes into the link provided here.  Capt. Matt Interview

So how do you think this guy (me) that tried to warn everyone but was silenced by the MSM, views their actions since the 2016 election? You can only imagine the level of hypocrisy I feel. These so called “journalists”, many as president Trump has publicly stated were on the payroll of private military contracting companies – WHICH I FULLY BELIEVE WHEN HE SAYS THAT, AND SO SHOULD YOU!!! control everything your see and hear. We have collectively agreed as these people to be authoritative sources of information. Sadly, the time of journalism, even at the local level, of the highest honor and integrity, like those I witnessed in Iraq and Afghanistan, have been irreparably damaged by these fake news scoundrels, often paid, placing their company before country. Please explain to me how a guy with all this information, well documented and wearing a tattoo of a Russian snowflake on his shoulder, for goodness sake, is not news worthy of public dissemination at even the community level?

That wasn’t enough to show these guys are fake news? Please explain to me how a guy that ran for Supervisor of Elections office for Pasco County in 2004, enlists in the Army at the age of 39 in 2005, goes into military contracting after that and writes a book.  A chapter in this book that claims an official report submitted by the information assurance security officer that uncovered an older male contractor, with a Top-Secret security clearance downloading porn of underage boys having sex with old men on a government laptop.

Patrick Bergy; This chapter in my book was then read by someone and reported to federal investigators. The federal investigators open an investigation into this claim, and I made an official, under oath, go to jail if you lie report.

This report was verified by investigators, but federal investigators won’t release any information regarding the case, not even to me, after over a year. So, I ask the same reporter in Pasco County if he’ll look into this last week, and even gave him a copy of my book, but I get nothing but crickets. WAPO has covered up this story for over a year!

I figured out why the crickets when the “journalist” from the Pasco Times, C.T. Bowen @ctbowen2 referred me to his colleague to do a story about the ShadowNet. His colleague , Rowan Scarborough @RoScarborough was from the Washington Post, and a couple “journalists” from WAPO wasted a couple weeks of my time. Although they verified my claims and didn’t question any of the documentation I provided, WAPO’s @washingtonpost Craig Timburg, claimed they didn’t have the time or resources to commit to my story. That same day the headline on WAPO was of completely unsubstantiated claims made by a woman that apparently was offended by Trump 40 years ago, but never reported it. This filth of humanity will print completely unsubstantiated claims by a woman from 40 years ago, but won’t cover a story involving the cover-up of a pedophile working for Petraeus in Iraq with a Top-Secret clearance? A claim made under oath and penalty of perjury!

With all of the Russian social media warfare hysteria in the media for the last two years, a tattoo of a Russian snowflake on the shoulder of the guy that pioneered social media psychological warfare for Obama’s department of defense, it simply adds mindboggling irony to this story even I can’t explain. Timburg flat out asked me how this tied president Trump to Russian collusion, but all I could show was a direct connection to never Trump republican’s and the “ShadowNet” which was massively expanded by Obama, and likely being used commercially by the DNC and Obama today. This is why I have started a campaign to get all candidates, from any political flavor, to take the #BanTheShadowNet pledge. When president Obama claimed he had no idea the Russians would have used social media information operations, I consider him as being dishonest, at best. I don’t have direct evidence showing Obama used a “ShadowNet” type PSYOP tool to influence democrats, but the fact he massively expanded the program is enough for me to know he understands its power, and at relatively a fraction of the cost for a traditional campaign. Such temptation is too powerful for me not to assume they are using it. Again, this was somehow not considered newsworthy by the Washington Post. I haven’t met a single person I’ve told this story to that agrees with the Washington Posts decision not to let the public know. Don’t get me wrong, FOX News is no better, only difference is that FOX News never replied, or simply told me to get lost when I showed up at their walled-off fourth estate in Tampa. I would consider FOX less complicit and more incompetent in their ability to hear from the public.

Think of these low-life journalists that would protect a child molester because it doesn’t fit with their anti-Trump narrative, most of which is tearing our country apart for profit, and likely a smidgen of Trump Derangement Syndrome thrown in for good measure. What has broken in them to so quickly discard their honor and integrity. I bet not one of these cowards will even respond, oh, unless they got a bunch of negative feedback from others reading this. If they question anything I’m saying, I will provide immediate evidence of their actions. They will continue to hide behind the walls surrounding their little “fourth estate” to effectively silence any truth that doesn’t fit their narrative, while at the same time scolding president Trump for wanting to protect our country with a border wall.

I have many more examples that should infuriate what journalists may possibly still exist with any morals, honor or integrity, but will save one of my favorites for a future post. I truly believe one of these days enough people will read my claims, share them, and be so fed up they demand answers from these “journalists” (cowards). Until then, they will own you and the content your community is exposed to. My friends on the left, whom in the past were against anything that jeopardizes the integrity of our elections, remain largely silent. My friends on the right that support Trump are the only people giving me a voice, and asking tough questions. They are beginning to understand that the ShadowNet is how globalists, lobbyists and campaigns are able to push their narrative globally, for relatively no cost compared to past “ethical” means they used.

Don’t get me wrong, with the exception of potential ethical violations with Obama’s National Security Advisor making millions of dollars in defense department contracts while serving both as Obama’s NSA, and while he was NATO Supreme Allied Commander, nothing about the ShadowNet is illegal. There are now several private companies that offer the most current capabilities, and even Dynology has incorporated portions of the ShadowNet into a new company, ClearForce, which as named after the application, ClearForce.

This new company is owned by Gen. Jones and former CIA director, Gen. Michael Hayden. The ClearForce application uses artificial intelligence to “predictively” determine someone likely to leak classified documents, or steal from your company. The ClearForce application provides compliance (for a nominal fee) to regulations both Jones and Hayden would have most likely contributed to, at the very least, in making this compliance requirement in the first place. Let that sink in…

Now, let this sink in… They offer this same predictive AI that offers rea-time monitoring of social media, financial and criminal records for companies in the private sector. How long until this application will be letting your boss at WalMart or the Washington Post know that based on your social media and other personal records, you’re likely to be someone that steals from them. How long until the filter is changed from someone that steals, to someone likely to bring a sexual harassment claim, or to filter by political beliefs. It’s all fun & games until it’s your political beliefs that are being filtered and your no longer able to work! I bet then WAPO “journalists” will report my story – but it’ll be too late by then.

‘Boots on the Ground, Bikers for Trump’ Social Experiment

By Patrick Bergy

This past Saturday and Sunday I performed an unscientific, yet very interesting, experiment on racism and Trump Derangement Syndrome. I was at no time going to allow the experiment to get out of control, and NEVER had any intention of doing this to be mean or otherwise act without honor, and the result supported my efforts. Honestly, I was a little worried. I guess the closest thing I had in mind was a little like the guy that does the online video’s, “change my mind”. The main difference would have been more accurately titled, “I’m NOT a racist, change my mind”. No liberals were harmed in the making of this experiment.

Disclaimer: Although I am a member of Boots on the Ground, Bikers for Trump member, bought a shirt and like what George Colella and the rest of the folks are doing, I don’t work for the organization, and this is just me sharing a personal experience which I enjoyed. I like that their organization defends our president and those that support him, and share their absolute patriotism to our nation. Like any group, the members are diverse in their politics, social and personal opinions; I don’t speak for them, nor they for me. My politics are largely split down the middle between liberal and conservative, with just a little more to the conservative side, but I also have an electric bike parked next to my Harley. Guess which one upsets the neighbors more.

There is an active, organized information operation going on right now to make me, and anyone that looks or thinks like me, a racist. Well, I’ll be damned if I’m going to be painted with such BS, and this experiment was to determine if the racists trying to do this to us are succeeding. The results of this highly non-scientific experiment have surprised everyone I have told thus far.

If you go by what social media says, Trump supporting, race-haters are everywhere, worse than in the days of slavery, and our country is totally divided. Even more concerning, social media says that a Trump supporting, 52-year-old white male, raised on a farm in Michigan, likely wearing an Afghanistan war veteran hat backwards and riding a Harley, is almost certainly a racist. This is, however, the very definition of racism, and it is my sincere hope to show this hypocrisy because it pisses me off.

An incident on, I think, last Thursday or Friday, which I wrote about in a Facebook post this past weekend, resulted in me thinking maybe social media was right, when a dumb-ass white kid said something racist to me as he walked by, like I was some sort of “brother” of his, as I was getting onto my Harley. My response to him; “do I look like a fucking racist to you?’ I wasn’t wearing a Boots on the Ground shirt when this happened. I was just dressed as I usually am.

After meeting up with the Boots on the Ground, Biker’s for Trump group for a ride to a second amendment rally in Sarasota this past weekend, I decide (after making a wrong turn and ending up on the causeway to Tampa) to visit the most left-leaning Starbucks I know of in Florida, which is over on South Howard Ave., (SoHo) in Tampa. I was on my Harley, with my Harley boots and a big ole’ “Biker’s for Trump” logo on my back and front. If this wasn’t enough to trigger the left, nothing would. Again, triggering someone was my concern and something I wanted to avoid, not what I wanted to happen. What happened took me totally by surprise, but I’m guessing the other Boot’s on the Ground members likely already know.

When I first walked in several people looked at me in concern, but that’s not all that unusual. I generally like to keep an image that says “do not disturb” on his door, metaphorically speaking. I also have a good sense of humor and have always had the ability to talk with people I don’t agree with. I didn’t come there to start a problem or offend anyone of color, I just went there seeking the truth.

Within minutes of me sitting down, right out front and smack dab on the main thruway for pedestrian traffic, several people, black, white, Hispanic… didn’t matter, they stopped to compliment me on my Boot’s on the Ground, Biker’s for Trump shirt (it is pretty cool, George). A black kid hit me up to buy cookies for the organization he said he volunteered for helping to keep kids off drugs. I bought some and shared with all the people, liberal and conservative, stopping to talk. Best guess is it was a scam, and used my $5 cookie purchase to buy weed. I don’t say that to be racist or stereotype, on the contrary, I say it because it would have been something me and my friends would have done at his age. Several people that stopped to talk were not at all Trump supporters, but were totally cool, and I was respectful of their opinions. I can’t ever remember another time in my life when so many complete strangers just came up to me and started talking.

I think the strangest thing in SoHo was when this old black guy just comes up and sits down next to me, looks at me for a minute, then asks me for a cigarette. I gave it to him, he didn’t say anything. I said a few nice things like beautiful day out, and typical conversation starting stuff, but he just smoked the cigarette, got up and walked away. I think maybe he was hoping I would react differently, but I didn’t, and in doing so likely took any potential fuel away from that fire. Or, he could have just been coming down from liquor/crack/meth, which would have been more likely judging by his physical condition.

So, I washed my one-size-too-small shirt Sunday morning to see what more this day would hold by doing my homework at my usual local café haunts. It was largely uneventful until I got stranded at a bar from the rain on my way home from Tarpon Springs, and several people (Trump supporters) started talking to me about Trump. Then this black man comes out and starts talking to me, which I found out later was a setup by another guy I was talking to a few minutes earlier and was friends with the black guy. So, this black gentleman is talking to me, but notices my Afghanistan Veteran hat, not the Trump shield on the front of my shirt and hasn’t yet realized I was the Trump guy his friend sent him out to meet. He’s was very professional man that I will not insult by saying he was “well spoken”, which is often tagged as a “dog whistle” by many on the left… And because he had clearly been drinking. He’s an accountant and we were discussing my algebra struggles, when he noticed the Trump patch, and I could see in his eye’s things changed, which he totally acknowledged later, and we laughed about it.

So, an hour goes by and I’m talking to the black gentleman, whose name is Priest, and his republican friend that I had first spoken with that told him to come out and talk with me. At this time, having explained the ShadowNet I built for Obama and his National Security Advisor, and all the other stuff I have documented, which even ties the ShadowNet to the 2016 presidential election. They are both blown away about the knowledge they now have, and ask how it can be stopped, how can we fix it? I said the best idea I have to fix it, is the same way we brought the Sunni and Shia together for the first time in 1000 years to fight with us, and against AQI. We stop it by showing both democrats and republican’s a common enemy.

Priest already knew who the common enemy was, and already had his own theory of chaos and control, which I fully conspire with. And then I said to Priest that the very fact you and I are having this conversation proves what is being spread on social media was a lie. I told Priest how I first saw it during the Michael Brown riots when I saw signs of the social media psychological warfare applications I developed for the Department of Defense, being used to influence and incite more violence. This was knowledge which, irrespective of Priest’s feelings about Trump or the Michael Brown riots, upset him deeply, as he does not like being a pawn in other people’s games. He also agreed that even though he wants to beat Trump, he wants to do it ethically, and understands how the short-term gains Obama might make for democrats if he continues to use the ShadowNet, will eventually be lost by someone else using their version of a ShadowNet against them. It’s a cycle we need to stop now, or stop later after even more damage is done, but eventually it will need to be stopped, or it will threaten the very core of our democracy; the integrity of our elections.

Bottom line, after going out and really having a chance to speak with and listen to people and let them open up, I understand how we will defeat the people that are using our nation and democracy as a tool for their political benefit – on both sides of the isle. I’ll be speaking at the Tampa Bay Trump Club in October, and will be telling my story, in person, to a lot of people. If I get the same, or even a fraction of the response from speaking to people in public that I had tonight with Priest, then the deep state better start worrying!

Obama’s Clandestine ShadowNet

Obama’s “ShadowNet” – Social Media Psychological Warfare for Clandestine Information Operation.

By Patrick Bergy – Tampa, FL.

Originally Published August 3rd, 2018. (updated August 21, 2018)

If you look at all the information on Russian social media influence of American elections, you might come to the conclusion Putin was taking things personal, maybe even stepping things up a bit more than usual? My personal story may go a long way towards explaining why?

The “ShadowNet” program I developed while working for a small, family military contracting company, was owned by Obama’s National Security Advisor, Gen. James Jones.  That company, Dynology, made millions in defense contracts with Gen. Jones’ son at the wheel as the president, while “Big Jim” was Obama’s National Security Advisor. Connected to all of this was Paul Manafort, John McCain, Gen. James Jones and President Obama. It would not be hard to conclude Hillary Clinton knew about this as well being Secretary of State; I can’t see how she couldn’t have known?

Did you read the attached marketing slick thinking it sounds like the company is promoting the exact same tactical, social media psychological warfare the FBI just indicted 13 Russians for? If that is what it sounds like to you, you’re right. Complete with fake persona’s, fake news and completely anonymized browsing allowing an analyst to appear as anyone, coming from absolutely anywhere on the planet… For the right price.

Feeling a bit shocked and concerned something so potentially damaging to the integrity of our election process, which is the core of our democracy, was available commercially? Good, you’re not alone. Oh, and did I mention this project was started by Bush in 2007, then massively expanded by Obama from 2008-2010? And I would be remiss to mention the company that was awarded this contract was a family owned private military contracting company owned by Obama’s National Security Advisor and former NATO Supreme Allied Commander, retired Gen. James Jones.

Forget the fact Gen. Jones and his family was making millions in defense contracts while serving as Obama’s National Security Advisor. What would the former NATO Supreme Allied Commander be doing owning a company that’s profiting millions making tactical, military grade, battlefield tested, clandestine social media psychological warfare applications? I can think of several countries, both allies and enemies, that should find this relationship troubling and worthy of further scrutiny. Irregardless of your political affiliation, you should demand answers. If you’re upset that Putin is hiring contractors to do his cyber warfare, what do we say to them when Obama’s NSA is running ShadowNet, a taxpayer appropriated, clandestine cyber information operations from his family business?

Dynology ShadowNet Marketing Slick from 2008 when it was first made available to the public and private sector consumer.

Wait, it gets better. Gen. Jones is a lifelong friend of John McCain, and Dynology provided IT security and communications for McCain’s 08’ campaign during the primary. After the primary, Paul Manafort’s company took over IT for the McCain campaign. At that same time, Google Way-Back Machines shows Dynology as a preferred partner of Manafort’s company. Gen. Jones made millions in DoD contracts while serving as Obama’s NSA developing the same capabilities the Russians that were recently indicted used.

In 2010 Paul Manafort was accused by Ukrainian officials of an Information Operations targeting social media. In 2008 the RNC paid Paul Manafort’s IT company over a million dollars for “targeted social media” services. I wonder if Facebook’s investigation into social media influence operations will go back to the 2008 McCain primary and general election for a sign of tactical IIA information operations? Knowing what I know, I will not consider McCain’s primary win using an IT service with likely the only battle-tested IIA social media psychological warfare application that existed until Facebook or law enforcement looks into it and clears McCain. There are far too many similarities to what the FBI just indicted the 13 Russian’s for and what I know to say John McCain didn’t cheat during the 2008 primary. I also can’t say Paul Manafort and Obama’s NSA didn’t use Dynology’s ShadowNet and iPsy to influence the 2010 Ukrainian elections.

The attached marketing slick is from Dynology to promote an Interactive Internet Activity (IIA) project I led for Dynology from 2007-2010. The slick was to promote Dynology’s “ShadowNet” and iPsy Information Operation project management tool. This military grade tactical social media psychological warfare application provides the same, or even more, clandestine capabilities as what the Russian’s were accused of in 2016. If you don’t think this is a big deal, this application and database was capable of bringing together the Sunni and Shia to fight with the American’s and against AQI in over 1000 years. If it could help in keeping the Sunni and Shia together for the first time in 1000 years, instigating violence at the Michael Brown riots or getting liberal’s to hate President Trump is a no-brainer (pun intended haters 🙂

How do I know all of this, I pioneered it on a contract support mission for the 4th Psychological Operations Group (4th POG) in Iraq from 07′-08′.

Obama massively expanded the program and I returned to Tampa from 08′-10′ for CENTCOM. I’m not violating my TS/SCI clearance by telling you what this IIA application was designed to do or capable of.  I was given this official DoD memorandum by the IIA Chief in 08′ as evidence to support my claims. What I will not speak about is the dissemination process or anything we worked on that was classified. I’m deeply concerned with the recent FBI indictment of the 13 Russian’s knowing what I know, and hope myself or my team are not targeted by an international tribunal. Nice work throwing us under the bus in an obvious attempt to make President Trump look bad just before his meeting with Putin.

IIA is just as capable of covert, anonymized tactical social media targets as it is using overtly with an organization like the PAO. If you want to know what we did, you’ll have to submit a FOIA request. Good luck with that. The Dynology promotional slick made after we took the application from the battlefield to commercial clients. The difference between commercial clients and the military is where you will find some of the deepest, darkest depths of the DC swamp.
